Terms of Service 

Cancellation/ No show
50$ cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled services 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time

Late payment
Late payment charges of 3,25% compounded monthly will be applied if payment is not received within 30 days. All payments not received after 90 days will be sent to collections agency.

Safety of pets and children
Maid To Be Spotless cares for the safety of your pets and children. This is why we ask our clients to supervise all pets and children when around equipment and cleaning supplies. Maid to be spotless is not responsible for any mishap that involves equipment or cleaning products.

Employees
Customers are prohibited from soliciting Maid To Be Spotless employees and will be subject to fines of up to 2000$.  

Damages
Maid To Be Spotless is a fully licensed and insured company. Accidents do happen but we do not hold any responsibility for damages due to improper installation. If Maid To Be Spotless is required to use the client's equipment (requested by clients) we do not hold any responsibility for damages to the equipment.

Payment
All payments are due on the date of the service.

Estimate / Quote
The cost of the cleaning services is based on the information provided by the client. We will inform the client in advance if additional time will be required to complete the work. Approval must be granted to commence work.
